Early Departure Guests – Refund Due If a guest decides to depart 1 or more days earlier than they intended, then providing they are on a rate which is cancellable up until 1pm on the day of arrival AND they let you know before the departure time of 12 Noon, they will be due a refund.

To process, take the following steps:

From the Dashboard locate the reservation/guest that needs early departing

Highlight it and click on Early Check-Out

Log onto the Cashier

The payment window will appear, with the amount of the refund populated

Enter a reference comment – Early Departure [POST]

The refund method should match the original payment method and documented in line with MAB refund policy

Reprint the VAT receipt for the guest
