Early Departure Guest – No Refund Due
If the guest has booked a non cancellable rate such as ADVP or a Promotional rate, then no refund is due, however the guest still needs to be checked out
To process, take the following steps:

From the Dashboard locate the reservation/guest that needs early departing
GO TO OPTIONS > BILLING
[POST] the balance of monies onto the account as Transaction code 1008 – Early Departure Charge

Once the account is at £0 [CHECKOUT]

Reprinting a VAT Receipt after the Guest has Departed

From the Dashboard, locate the checked out booking Ensure that the correct email address is in the Guest Profile
Select “Go to Options” Select HISTORY Click on the booking you need the receipt for
[VIEW FOLIO]
[FOLIO]
[EMAIL]/[PRINT]
[OK]
If the guest has not yet checked out, advise you can email the VAT receipt on the departure date and note in Handover Diary
