Failure in End of Day Process

It is important that the End of Day Process completes fully, so all revenue is posted. If the End of Day does not complete for any reason, but the date has rolled, go back into the EOD option, select the date you are trying to complete and [START]. The process should continue until you see the above screen.

Reprinting Night Audit Reports

From the Dashboard select Run End of Day Reports

The date will default to the day before the current system date. If you need an earlier report, amend the date

Mark the report you require with an X

[PREVIEW] or [PRINT]

Non Arrival Process

Please EMAIL the CRO team PRIOR to 9am in the morning with the status of any No Shows in Opera This is to ensure the revenue is captured on your behalf for no shows, and also that any late arrivals are reinstated so you do not become overbooked.

Failure to EMAIL CRO on time can result in both revenue loss and further overbooking risk
