Introduction

Welcome to project Mercury. We chose 'Project Mercury' as Mercury was the roman god of trade, profit and travellers.

♦ You will find 6 tabs along the bottom of this spread sheet which will need printing accordingly and issuing to the housekeeping team.

♦ The daily tasks list will need to be kept in a binder folder.

♦ The weekly, monthly, 3 monthly, 6 monthly and yearly task sheets will be placed in the pockets on the new poster.

♦ All completed tasks need to be initialled by the person who has cleaned that item and dated. ♦ This way we can see when each task was completed and by whom.

♦ The other piece of information that the housekeepers will need to see on a weekly basis is the Gust Satisfaction Results. ♦ As we know, these results are very important for many reasons and like the teams in our pubs, the IKL team will be able to see if there are any areas for improvements and also where they are doing well.
