Mattress is clean and stain-free.

All cot bed bedding is available: • Fitted Sheet • Flat Sheet • Cot Blanket

All cot bedding should be stored in a covered box when not in use

Cots with defects or which are not up to the required standard of cleanliness must be taken out of service and not used until repaired, cleaned or replaced.

The Housekeeper must carry out this check whenever a cot is requested. Copies of the checklist must be retained.
