38. Pets

Pets

Pets are not permitted to accompany guests during their stay. This is stated in the Terms and Conditions of booking.

The only exception to this policy is Assistance Dogs

39. Handyman

Handyman

Handymen are permitted in hotel businesses to undertake day to day repairs in rooms. The types of jobs that can be undertaken are restricted to non invasive, low risk tasks that do not create a risk of exposure to asbestos or other risks.

Refer to the Retail health and safety policy section 3.13 – it is a requirement to complete an IRF when it has been necessary to clear up body fluids (blood or vomit).
