Please remember the following tips when making, amending or cancelling reservations:

• Always check availability and price before confirming to the caller, booker, guest etc • Always quote the rates terms and conditions and ensure they are understood • Explain that a buffet breakfast is included • Up-sell Full English/Scottish breakfast if you offer it. This can be added to the booking as a package • Always confirm all booking details and terms and conditions before offering the confirmation number

When you have completed or amended the cancellation please confirm the changes to the guest/ caller/booker.

If a booking has been made through a third party, the guest must cancel with the Third Party also, or commission charges will be due.

The table on the following page details our most commonly used rates. It also details what cancellation terms apply, guarantee method, payment method, what rates can be booked at site. There is an information box that clarifies any additional procedural processes.
