IKL is about I nformal, friendly service (in the same style as for the pub & restaurant)

We charge per room rather than per person

Unlimited continental breakfast included in the price for the room. If your pub offers a brand offer, guests will pay for this separately Being next door to a pub or restaurant isn’t the reason guests book, but the facility is well-used and should be promoted at check-in We believe that our guests should be treated as we would like to be treated our selves

The personal touch is vital at every step for the guest We offer a relaxing & homely experience for our guests

Every lodge is different! This gives each IKL its individuality which is also mirrored from the pub / restaurant attached.

We keep our rooms up to date but without removing the character. All of our lodges (other than Greenwich) offer free parking

We offer free 02 Wi-Fi in all of our rooms

All bathrooms are en-suite

We have flat screen TV’s in all of our rooms Every room has tea and coffee making facilities

All of our rooms are non-smoking

We do not allow pet s to stay in the rooms (Other than assistance dogs) We advertise check in from 3pm and check out by midday on day of departure IKL Breakfast times : 7am – 9.30am Mon – Fri, 8am – 10am Weekends & bank holidays

Central reservation agents are a team of 8 people plus Jen Gautier (CRO Manager). Last financial year (12/13) the CRO team took £2.3million of sales Friends and Family rate can ONLY be booked via CRO For this you will also need you Employee Number (Found on your pay slip) CRO can offer guests all rates, deals & offers to guests who phone.
