1. Clean bath / shower. Ensure bath mat is present

6. Ensure all items are present: • 2 Soaps (in shower & by sink) • Tissues • Sani Bags • Plastic tumblers • Forgotten items card

4. Ensure all taps and chrome is shiny

5. 2 Toilet Rolls present with pointed ends
