Untidy Rooms

Sometimes our ‘stay over’ guests have lots of belongings with them and are very messy which makes it hard for us to clean the room. If you ever come across a messy room that you are not happy with, then get a manager to work with you to clean the room. This way, if a guest miss‐places an item, the manager can say that they were with you when the room was cleaned.

In these rooms we should make the bed, clean the bathroom and vacuum where we can.
