WELCOME

• We opened our 1st lodge in January 2001 • We sold 52 Lodges to Travelodge in 2011 which reduced the brand’s size, but we are still more profitable that some leading MAB brands such as All Bar One & Browns! • We are big enough to matter and small enough to care • All of our lodges are attached to Mitchells & Butlers pubs / restaurants • The manager of the pub / restaurant also manages the lodge. We do not have separate hotel managers • We have 47 lodges (Oct 15) across the country from Scotland to Exeter • Across the 47 lodges we have 811 rooms! • All of our lodges are different. Even though we have brand standards and expectations, all of our lodges are unique and have their own character • All of our lodges are attached to M&B pubs & restaurants over 9 brands!
