Cots Check List

The issuing employee must carry out this check whenever a cot is requested. Copies of the checklist must be filed in the period that the cot is issued.

Cots with defects or which are not up to the required standard of cleanliness must be taken out of service and not used until repaired, cleaned or replaced.
