The OPERA System

OPERA Lite operates within the Microsoft Internet Explorer environment on a secure intranet, which makes it only available to authorised users in our business. This section provides an introduction to the look and feel of the system. It describes the general layout, use of the OPERA Lite screens, and how to move around the system.

Quick Keys

All OPERA Lite screens use a consistent format. Here are the most common Quick Key commands:

ALT + F4 – To make the top window Active again

SHIFT + F7 – Phone Book

CTRL + F2 – Detailed Availability
