The Lodge Dashboard

The Reservation Dashboard provides a single view of all the necessary data and functionality. From this one screen, the user can handle activities such as making new reservations; locating, updating and cancelling reservations; processing guest check ins and check outs; pre-allocating rooms; managing guest billing; running reports; working with housekeeping; and reviewing and referencing availability for today or any future date. Volumes of important information, such as guest profiles are also available from this screen. The bottom of the screen (arrowed) contains the links to the main functions (Additional Functions)

Logging Off Each user MUST log off when they step away from the terminal.

Quick Log Off – F8 Key

To log off if leaving the terminal for a long period of time : • Close the dashboard •

Double Click on the Exit button (Red Door) OR single click the Exit menu from the tool bar

Click on [Log off]

You are now signed off
