Making and Splitting Party Reservations

Party Reservations are those where more than one room is booked at the same time. Select the number of rooms for the reservation at the initial stage. Initially you can only make a party reservation for all guests in the same room type, but you can amend this later. • Always make the first booking with the name of the lead guest • Make the reservation and save it to generate the Reservation no • From the Reservation Window OPTIONS > PARTY > SPLIT • The additional reservations will now show all with individual confirmation numbers as below:

Leave the lowest confirmation no in the name of the lead guest

Select the second reservation as shown [RESV]

Use the [...] to access the Profile Search, to change the name for the second reservation Screen will open the lead guest profile IMPORTANT: [SEARCH] or otherwise you will override the first guest profile! Search for the second guest name, and if no profile exists create a new one Amend any details in the reservation for the second guest e.g. sleepers or different room type Screen should return to the party window above, but the second name should now have changed [OK] to return to the Reservation window
