Making a Reservation with a different number of Sleepers on Subsequent Nights

Follow the steps as above, but amend the no of sleepers in the Rate Detail, not the Rate Code

Making a Reservation with a complimentary upgrade to Higher Graded Room

•

Follow the steps as above, make the booking in the upgraded room type, then edit the daily details and change RTC to the standard Room type, as shown below

Making a Reservation for a pair of Connecting Rooms

From the dashboard, select Go to Room Plan

Filter the Room Plan for Connecting Rooms and amend the date to the date of the reservation query as shown below
