Amending an Existing Reservation

From the dashboard, click on Update reservation

Search for the reservation to be updated

Highlight the reservation [EDIT]

Make the necessary amendments, bearing in mind that changes of arrival date or no of sleepers might result in a different price to the original booking

[SAVE] the booking when the amendments are completed

Reissue a confirmation letter if required

Handling Requests for Cots/ Sofa Beds/Special Requests

Use the drop down arrow on Item INV on the Reservation Screen to open the inventory window

[SEARCH] This will show if there are any cots available

If ok - [NEW]

Select “Cot/Crib” from the Item Code Drop Down
