Reservations

Sending a Confirmation Email

Press [SAVE] and the confirmation no box will show on the screen. Ensure this is given to the booker

[OK] The Confirmation screen will appear

Select the UK_CONF-IKL Letter and ensure the To Email is correct

Mark X as shown below and [SEND]

You can also press File OR Preview to save to your computer and email as an attachment or to print

You can access this screen for a booking which was made previously by searching for the reservation again and access the OPTIONS > Confirmation. Note that confirma- tions are sent as PDF files – sometimes these may go into the recipients SPAM folders. If there is a repeated problem, save the confirmation to your desktop and send from there.
