P. has brought a couple of his friends yesterday afternoon to help him clean the pond, this was much needed… Last night one could see the stars, after long… This morning I can do a good scrubbing of the floor in the shrine and I am a little late starting the puja; a man in religious dress has come and sat by the Aum pillar quietly, till he sees I am ready to do the Aarti and then he goes pick some flowers and brings them in with much feeling and attends in silence; later he tells me he is a pujari at the nearby Kali temple and he asks my blessings and seeks to touch my feet and then requests that I give him a few peacock feathers for him to offer to Kali…
