Garment Installation Guide prepared for Wixon

Fulfillment

WEEKS 3-6

Once the sizing is complete, garment fulfillment begins. Our data entry and apparel services teams will get to work ordering and prepping your garments.

ITU AbsorbTech will:

• Enter all information in our system and order the garments.

• Once ordere, we will receive the garments in one week or less (odd sizes, special orders, etc. may take longer). • Prep the garments. Our apparel service team will apply emblems, hem pants, and sew in an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) chip for garment tracking and reporting. • Upon request, we can launder the garments prior to install for an additional charge. Installing RFID chips for Wixon:

We utilize RFID technology to efficiently manage garment programs. You benefit from quick turnaround, accurate service, faster mending & advanced reporting.

To install RFID chips into Wixon garments, we will:

Relocate the RFID chip from the front to the back (or other specified location) of the garment. Perform a “second pass” around the chip meaning we will use lock stitching on two rows to secure it.
