Professional dues & memberships

Policy

CCS is committed to supporting employees with their professional dues and memberships where the designation or membership is a requirement of the employee’s position. In addition, designations or memberships for approved professional development and the benefit of CCS will also be considered.

Questions and answers

Who is eligible for professional dues & membership reimbursement? Eligible employees include: • full time and part time employees who have completed three months of service; and • where the holding of a designation or membership is a requirement of the employee’s position.

Exclusions: •

contract employees, independent contractors and consultants; and • reimbursement of professional dues or memberships that came due or were paid prior to employment with CCS. How do I get reimbursed for professional memberships and dues? 1. Get approval from your people leader 2. Charge to a company or personal credit card or pay and submit expense with receipts for reimbursement where appropriate.
