Our Leadership Competencies

The Pernod Ricard Leadership Model is a guide which helps us in developing strong leaders who are better prepared to deliver against challenges, drive change, and deliver on our business plan. There are 19 competencies , grouped into 6 attributes , which together make the Pernod Ricard Leadership Model, and provide a guiding framework of what is expected from our leaders to achieve the Group’s ambitions.

These behaviours are new to all at Pernod Ricard and will form part of the Performance Review process.
