On the basis of declarations regarding shareholdings exceeding the legal and statutory threshold of 0.5% of the share capital. Although there is only one class of share, shares held for 10 years in registered form are entitled to double voting rights. Calculated on the basis of a total of * 311,072,670 “theoretical” voting rights (including suspended voting rights). Société Paul Ricard is wholly owned by the Ricard family. The declaration also covers a total of 169,868 shares held by Le Garlaban; 1,352,650 shares held by (1) Le Delos Invest I; 3,191,928 shares held by Le Delos Invest II; and 8,392,096 shares held by Le Delos Invest III. These four companies are controlled by Société Paul Ricard, under article L. 233-3 of the French Commercial Code. Full ownership of Pernod Ricard shares held by Le Delos Invest III was transferred by way of a performance guarantee for its bonds in respect of a futures contract agreed on 10 April 2009. Mr Rafaël Gonzalez-Gallarza signed a shareholders’ agreement with Société Paul Ricard, as detailed below. (2)
