Directors with a foreign nationality: Gradual evolution: ● 28.6% at the Shareholders’ Meeting of 6 November 2013, ● and 31.2% at the Shareholders’ Meeting of 6 November 2014, ● and 42.8% since the Shareholders’ Meeting of 6 November 2015. ● At the end of the Shareholders’ Meeting of 21 November 2018, 38.5% of the Directors will be of a foreign nationality.
