TREBBIANOD’ABRUZZODOP 100% Trebbiano d’Abruzzo, the fruit undergoes a gentle crush followed by a pre- fermentation cold maceration. The must from the first press, separated by gravity, ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Soft, floral and pleasantly dry with crisp, fresh acidity.

PINOT GRIGIO TERRE DI CHIETI IGP 100% Pinot Grigio, the must undergoes a long fermentation at a controlled temperature. Crisp and elegant with enticing aromas of stone fruit lime, and Pinot Grigio’s classic bitter-almond finish, Citra Pinot Grigio is delightfully well-balanced.

CHARDONNAY TERRE DI CHIETI IGP After the hand-harvested grapes are lightly crushed, the must is moved to stainless steel tanks and then fermented at a controlled temperature. The natural corpulence of the Chardonnay grape adds substance to the mid-palate while the overall profile of the wine remains cheerful and refreshing.
