LABRUSCA BIANCO EMILIA IGP A rare example of Lambrusco Bianco, this wine is made with 100% Lambrusco Salamino grape vinified for a white wine. This is usually the first wine of the year for Lini and comes loaded with super fresh notes of white fruits after a longer than usual time in autoclave.

LABRUSCA ROSATO EMILIA IGP The Wine Spectator #1 Value for Sparking Wines in 2018, a blend of 80% Salamino and 20% of super fragrant Sorbara that adds acidity and lightness to this wine. Marasca cherry and red roses notes are perfect companions not just to the traditional cuisine of Emilia but also to lighter dishes like fish antipasti and grilled vegetables.

LABRUSCA ROSSO EMILIA IGP Lini’s most famous wine is a result of more than 100 years of experience in this region. Extremely dry and lightly tannic with notes of blackberry and raspberry, this wine is a blend of 85% Salamino and 15% Ancellotta, a grape traditionally associated with Lambrusco for its dark color and fruity notes. Cold cuts and earthy “Emiliana” cuisine are the traditional companions for this wine.
