Mini-Circuits’ and Virginia Diodes’ Waveguide Bandpass Filter Passes 37 to 40GHz Mini-Circuits and Virginia Diodes have teamed together to offer a new series of high-performance, high- fidelity waveguide bandpass filters for millimeter wave applications. WVBP-series filters are available in various passbands spanning 27 to 86GHz, and are offered with standard WR waveguide interfaces. Build with precise machine tolerances and outstanding quality plating, WVBP- series filters provide low insertion loss in the passband, outstanding return loss, and high stopband rejection with fast roll-off. Model WVBP-383-WR28+ has a passband of 37 to 40GHz. It provides passband insertion loss of 0.6dB, 26dB typical return loss, lower stopband rejection of 66dB and upper stopband rejection of 25dB. Mini-Circuits’ Coaxial Directional Coupler Extends from 6 to 26.5GHz Mini-Circuits’ model ZCDC10-06263-S+ is an extremely wideband, DC-passing directional coupler with operating frequency range from 6 to 26.5GHz. This model provides 10dB coupling with flatness of ±0.3dB across the full frequency range, and typical directivity of 19dB through 26.5GHz. It can handle signal power levels up to 20W with low mainline loss of typically 0.8dB through 18GHz and 1.0dB through 26.5GHz. The input, output, and coupled-port return losses are typically 17.0dB through 26.5GHz. The broadband, RoHS- compliant directional coupler is well suited for many applications in 5G, fixed-satellite, mobile-communications systems, and more. Mini-Circuits’ High Dynamic Range MMIC Amplifier with Shutdown Feature, 1MHz to 1GHz Mini-Circuits’ TSS-13HLN+ ultra- high dynamic range MMIC amplifier provides industry-leading noise figure and IP3 from1MHz to 1GHz.An internal shutdown feature protects the amplifier in the presence of pulsed signals while keeping the power supply at constant voltage to minimize DC power consumption. This model provides 1.4dB noise figure and +42.9dBm IP3, making it ideal for maximizing sensitivity and dynamic range in high- performance receiver applications. It delivers 23dB typical gain with ±2.0dB flatness, and +28.4dBm output power at 1dB compression. The amplifier is fabricated using E-PHEMT technology with excellent repeatability.
