The examinee:

 provides information according to the guidelines of the institution to the patient for the benefit of maintaining or increasing the patient’s self-reliance  focuses on the options or impairments of this patient to deal with the illness  makes use of information material, aids and instruction material that is geared to the patient  makes use of information material, aids and instruction material that is geared to the topic of the information to be provided  provides the patient and/or next of kin with expert advice  takes others involved into account in the style of communication  checks whether the information came across to the patient correctly and discusses questions the patient and/or next of kin have.

Evidence: An instruction plan with substantiation

The examinee:
