Porca de Murça White's fresh and tasteful character makes it the most popular white wine in the Douro region. The main grape varieties in this wine are Viosinho and Gouveio. It is a young citrine colored wine with beautiful aromatic intensity of fresh floral notes combined with lime and white fruit. Douro whites tend to be drier and richer than white wines so they pair beautifully with richer grilled fish dishes such as sea bass or halibut.

The Demarcated Region of Vinho Verde is located in the northwest of Portugal in an area traditionally known as Entre-Douro-e-Minho. Grape varieties in this wine are Alvarinho and Loureiro. This Vinho Verde is fresh with elegant aromas. It has citrus and floral notes combined with pronounced minerality and a long intense finish. Enjoy with light seafood dishes. It is also ideal as a brunch drink instead of Champagne or Prosecco.

From the Columbia Valley in Washington State, this wine has flavors of white stone fruit, white peach, apricot, apple, plum, and lime leaves. Kung Fu Girl is polished and crisp with a very long, minerally finish. Undoubtedly designed with Asian fare in mind, serve this wine with your favourite pad thai recipe.
