Cariñena vineyards are located near the centre of Aragón, about 50 km southwest of Zaragoza, on a plateau known as the Campo de Cariñena. This wine is pink-red in colour with intense red currant and strawberry aromas. With great acidity and not bone-dry, the strawberry flavours linger on. Valencia is a Spanish Denominación de Origen for wines located in the province of Valencia and is divided into two sepa- rate zones and four sub-zones each one of which produces a different type of wine. Anciano Garnacha is made from perfectly ripe grapes which are har- vested from dry-farmed, low-yielding vineyards which are transformed into a smooth, generous wine with bright, red fruit and blackberry flavours with a touch of spice. Enjoy with slow cooked pork or lamb, and grilled meats.

The Three Thieves, Charles Bieler, Joel Gott and Roger Scommegna are known as “The Liberators of Fine Wines”. This Cab is made in an approachable style with balanced, juicy fruit flavours supported by supple tannins. To further enhance the blend, the wine is aged in French and American oak, which beautifully complements the dark berry, black currant and cherry flavors, lending hints of warm spice and vanilla. This hearty California red best complements a hearty steak dinner.
