International Pipeline Products Ltd has been acquired as part of a management buy-out supported by private equity investor Meridian Equity. The company, which is known internationally under the brand name, iNPIPE Products™, has been acquired for an undisclosed sum from parent company Pan-Atlanta Developments Limited, to accelerate the growth of the business into new premises required for rapid expansion. iNPIPE Products, a member of energy sector business development organisation NOF Energy, has been a supplier to major operators and international contractors for over 25 years and continues to grow.
