Chivas Performance Guidelines v.Jun 2018

3. Looking Back Meeting cont.

Post Meeting – Manager’s Responsibility:

Assessing Objectives

When completing the online Chivas Performance form, the objective assessment contributes 65% towards the Total Assessment Score (TAS)

Following the Looking Back meeting your manager will decide the appropriate rating for both the Objectives and Competency/Values sections. The achievement % and performance rating will be discussed with you once this has been approved.

Full Achievement:

If you delivered the objective and met every measure of success, the objective was delivered in full.

Partial Achievement:

If the objective was delivered but not all of the measures of success were met, this is partial achievement .e.g. if the objective was delivered after the target date, or above the agreed budget. In this situation, the objective would be viewed as partial achievement. Therefore, the achievement percentage would be less than the full weighting. Managers need to ensure that the achievement percentage recommended is fair and supported by clear rationale.
