Chivas Performance Guidelines v.Jun 2018

3. Looking Back Meeting cont.

Determining the Total Assessment Score The Total Assessment Score will be generated following the Looking Back meeting, and once the manager has: • Summarised the examples and feedback shared on the relevant sections of the online form. • Entered the % achievement for each objective set. This will automatically generate an Objective Assessment Score • Entered a rating for each competency/value (using the scale 1 – 5) which will generate a Competencies/Values Assessment Score. The Objective Assessment Score and Competencies/Values Assessment Score will automatically generate the Total Assessment Score (TAS) .

At this point in the process the score does not indicate which overall performance rating will be applied. Each function must conduct its own calibration process and should use the Total Assessment Score (TAS) as a guideline in this exercise

Click here to go to the calibration section for further information.

In order for the functional calibration process to commence managers are responsible for completing the online form for each employee no later than 14 th August .

Updating the Learning Plan

Following the Looking Back meeting, the manager should update the current Learning Plan to reflect achievement and on-going development needs. Further information for managers on how to update Learning Plans within LMS can be found within the Employee Development pages of Chivas Spirit.
