EDFA CELEBRATES 20 VOLUMES E DFA is 20 volumes young! This November 2018 issue caps off the 20th volume of the publication. Beginning as a simple two-color newsletter, the publication grew as a response to the needs of the failure analysis community. The Electronic Device Failure Analysis Society express- es gratitude to all current and past editors and editorial boardmemberswho shepherded the publication through the years. A special thanks to two of the founding editors who have served on the publication for all 20 volumes: Ed Cole and Larry Wagner. They will be listed on page 2 of EDFA magazine going forward.
