Finance and Inventory

The inner most ring of fusion 3 is the ‘enterprise management planner’.

Feature highlight

This is a back office layer that manages financial transactions, inventories, and is the source of truth for the organisation’s financial position. It is connected to, and communicates with, the other layers but financial operations are strictly partitioned to guarantee financial robustness. Data for each state is segregated for organisational privacy.

• Account customer books a course via the website or by phoning. • The booking is recorded in Salesforce.

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) of choice for the St John enterprise system is MYOB Advanced, a powerful accounting system. The use of MYOB Advanced is optional, which means you can use your existing system. However, you would need to customise the application programming interface to Salesforce.
