11(b) ALL COMPETITIONS A bona-fide playing member is one who has been registered to play in the League in which the Club competes. If the League in which the Club plays has a closing date for registration then, after such closing date, special permission for additional players must be obtained from the Secretary of the Association. A player, shall not, in the same season play for more than one Club in the same Saturday Competition, or more than one Club in the Sunday Competition. A player may not return to a lower Competition having played in a more senior Competition. 11(c) CLUBS WITH TWO OR MORE TEAMS Clubs who are eligible to enter both Saturday and Sunday Competitions must only play players who are registered for Saturday Football in Saturday Competitions, and those registered for Sunday Football in Sunday Competitions. Clubs entering their Reserve Teams into the Sunday Morning Junior Cups may only play Reserve Team Players. Any player having played in three first Teammatches during the four weeks preceding the Cup Ties shall not be allowed to take part unless permission has been obtained from the Association. Clubs entering “Reserve” Team into the Senior, Challenge, Junior or Minor Cup may only play "Reserve" Team players. Any player having played in three first Team matches during the four weeks preceding the Cup Ties shall not be allowed to take part unless permission has been obtained from the Association. Clubs entering their "A" Team into the Junior or Minor Cup may only play "A" Team players. Any player having played in Three Reserve Team matches or any first Team matches during the four weeks preceding the Cup Ties shall not be allowed to take part unless permission has been obtained from the Association. Clubs entering their "B” team into the Minor Cup may only play "B' team players. Any player having played in three "A" team matches or any first or reserve team match during the four weeks preceding the Cup Ties shall not be allowed to take part unless permission has been obtained from the Association. 11(d) POSTPONED, DRAWN AND ABANDONED MATCHES In cases of postponed, drawn, abandoned, or replayed matches only those players shall be allowed to play who are eligible on the date originally fixed for the tie to be played, except a player who has been suspended who may play following the expiry of any suspension. 11(e) CONTRAVENTION OF RULES OF QUALIFICATION Any Club contravening this Rule will be struck out of the Competition, and may be fined a minimum of £ (£35.00). Where a (club) Team is removed from the competition the opposing team shall be awarded a walkover with a score of 0-0. 11(f)(i) A CLUB BRINGING THE ASSOCIATION INTO DISREPUTE Any club found by the Peterborough Football Association to have brought the Association into disrepute will be struck out of the Competition, and may be fined a minimum of £35.00. Where a Team is removed from the competition the opposing team shall be awarded a walkover with a score of 0-0. 11(f)(ii) AN INDIVIDUAL BRINGING THE ASSOCIATION INTO DISREPUTE Any individual found by the Peterborough Football Association to have brought the Association into disrepute may be excluded from all Association competitions for a minimum period of twelve months. 12. FAILING TO FULFIL FIXTURE Any Club refusing to play, failing to play, scratching from playing, or failing to complete the match against the Club with whom it has been drawn within the time stated, shall be struck from the competition, and fined a minimum £50 for the Senior Cup and Challenge Cup, and a minimum of £30 for the Junior Cup, Minor Cup, Sunday Morning Senior Cup, Sunday Morning Junior Cup, Sunday PM Cup, Youth Cup, Junior Alliance Cup and Women’s Cup. Where a club is removed from the competition the opposing team shall be awarded a walkover with a score of 0-0. Saturday Clubs playing in the Senior Cup may not play more than ONE player who has played for any other club in any senior league or cup competition during the past four weeks.
