CURRENT METHOD CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT PROJECTS a. Statistics for Microbiology Methods Validation

i. Paul is waiting for an editable copy of the appendix. ii. There is one section that needs to be written by Paul. iii. A separate call is needed for this. Robert sent a link to the relevant document on June 20. iv. Call for Hilde, Paul, and others v. Hilde was discussing the interpretation - should the results be considered equivalent? Hilde had distributed an EXCEL sheet presenting the issue. vi. ACTION 1. Delia will set up a separate call.

III b Changes to Appendix J – This was not discussed.

III c. Statistics Committee’s Terms of Reference (ToR) The comments were discussed to identify those items on which the committee agreed: • it was agreed there will be no term limits. • Voting members and nonvoting members was discussed. Need common terminology. Associate members or nonvoting members.

Using proxy votes to obtain quorum was discussed. These will be addressed in the subcommittee call. ACTION Delia will schedule a separate call to discuss the TOR.

Jian will present the talk that Paul was to give. A brief call for the presenters will be held July 20.
