TI instruction guide

TI INSTRUCTIONS All technical literature must be be made translation ready, this means making sure all the text has a style attached to it and allowing space for the bigger languages (german, korean etc).

Most of the TIs pre-early 2016 won't have been done this way. The following instructions will create the documents in the right way.

This has to be done in addition to any authors corrections that need doing
