Caber Impianti manufactures scroll, tunnel and bolting machines to clean metal wire and wire rod. Caber make the double bolting machine – a washing machine made of two rotative bolters – in many different sizes. The first one performs a washing cycle with detergents and water, and rinsing at precise times. Once complete, the bolting machine reverses the rotation direction, unloading components in the second bolter at pre-set times. Times are set via an operating panel.
