These two models are very economical and easy to operate for polishing and regrinding of diamond and PCD dies in sizes ranging from 0.100mm to 3.5mm. These machines ensure consistency and perform the correct geometry, while the oscillating die table provides a smooth and perfect blending of angles. The diamond grinding wheel is set to the exact angle required, from 0-30 degrees, and grinding is carried out simply by pulling the rotating head carrying the working needle near to the grinding wheel. The ultrasonic generator offers continuous power of up to 300 watts and the ultrasonic frequency output can be varied to needs, indicated by a digital display on the generator panel. ➣➢➣
