WebFile Guide for GSIAs

PREFACE This Guide is designed to assist Group Self-Insured Associations (GSIAs) with using WebFile , the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission’s self-service GSIA Membership Management system. The Commission implemented this efficient, easy-to-use web-based system so that GSIAs could shift away from manual, paper-based processing to an efficient online tool to manage and update Member data.
