FitnessOnDemand™ is a virtual-fitness platform that allows you to walk up and begin an instructed workout on your schedule. Classes range from 5-60 minutes in length, and feature all the latest trends in functional training, such as HIIT, kettlebell, bodyweight training, and more. With programming from the industry’s most renowned instructors and brands, you are sure to find a class that fits your needs. HOW TO PICK A CLASS: » » Choose a class on the home screen OR use filters to find the class that best suits your needs. To do so, click Filter in the top right hand corner, then select your search criteria: ◊ CATEGORY choose between: Cardio, Core, Dance, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Martial Arts, Mind and Body, Strength, Target Zone and Other. ◊ LENGTH OF CLASS choose between: <20 minutes, 20-40 minutes and >40 minutes. ◊ LEVEL choose between: Easy, Standard, Advanced and Flex. ◊ FOCUS choose between: Lower Body, Upper Body, Yoga and Strength. ◊ RATING choose between: 5+ stars, 4+ stars, 3+ stars, 2+ stars and 1+ stars. » » Once you have chosen your filters, hit apply to view classes that meet your selection criteria. » » If you wish to clear previously applied filters, hit the Filter button, then hit Clear. HOW TO UTILIZE THE MOBILE APPLICATION: » » Search ‘FitnessOnDemand’ in your Apple, Android or GooglePlay store. » » Download the application and set up a free account. » » Use the app to: ◊ View class descriptions. ◊ View your workout history. ◊ View the class schedule for your location. ◊ Play classes remotely from your device (within 300 feet of the FitnessOnDemand™ kiosk). GUIDELINES: » » Please be respectful of others using the FitnessOnDemand™ software. ◊ Do not interrupt a class while it is already in session. If you would like to start a class while one is in session, you may use the FitnessOnDemand™ app on your mobile device and stream it from there. See above for instructions on how to use the mobile app. ◊ Please choose your class in a timely fashion to reduce wait time for other users. To view class descriptions prior to arriving at the kiosk, download the iOS or Android app on your mobile device. » » Please be respectful of others in the fitness center by keeping volume on the TV to a reasonable level and asking others before using equipment. » » Workout at your own risk.
