be programmed to produce three-dimensional shapes. Set-up and tool changeover times are very fast, and the Micro-Mac’s fully automatic CNC operation ensures economical production. Repeatability on bend angles is ±0.05 degrees, and the machine offers variable carriage speeds up to 80m per minute, with positional tolerance 0.01mm from datum. All Pave’s wire forming machines are designed and manufactured in-house at the company’s production facility in England, which incorporates a specialist machine shop and fabrication unit.
