His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires. 2 Peter 1:3-4 NIV When we embrace His promises, we align ourselves with heaven's perspective. Use these promises listed as a way to take your stand. As you meditate on, declare out loud and believe in them you will participate in the divine nature. 1. I am a New Creation “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation ; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”. II Corinthians 5:17 NKJV Jesus has paid the necessary price to restore us to our original form and identity. We were made to know God and love Him forever. 2. I am Complete in Him “For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily;” and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power. Colossians 2:9-10 NKJV If we consider our life a work of art painted by our Father, because of His eternal perspective, He is able to see the finished work and say - "perfect!! You are complete!!"
