The Company

Terracor designs, manufactures and wholesales exclusive

paints and wall finishes, to meet architects’ and interior

designers’ needs.

Established in 1994, The Company is headed by Landscape

Architect Leo Laniado, Founder and Creative Director, and Osiel

Pereira, Production Chief Executive.

The Company, constantly invests in new products, technical

innovations and color tendencies.

Awards

Leo Laniado, was awarded, for Terracor Originale, the only Design

Award ever given to paints by the Museu Da Casa Brasileira.

For the sixth consecutive year, Terracor has been elected as the

“Top of Mind” brand amongst professionals in its field.

Design

Terracor´s distinctive designs are inspired from sources as

diverse as Mediterranean architecture, Mexican contemporary

textures, and Ancient Roman frescoes.

Product Range

Terracor products retrieve, with modern day technology, desirable wall

finishing effects such as aging patinas, weathered lime, ancient

“terracotta” textures and others.

Terracal is an acrylic based coating, specifically designed to create

a weathered lime effect.

Colors

“Le Bureau de Couleur” headed by Leo Laniado, in association with

Giuliana Michelino, is responsible for the development of each

product´s sophisticated color collection.

Terracor´s unique color formulation, combined with the best

pigments, adds unequal transparency, depth and richness to its

coatings. Layers of delicate “washes” reveal subtle, unexpected hues.

Color Collections

stone and earth colors are reminiscent of the Mediterranean Villas,

yellow, red, blue and shades of green, for Caribbean freshness,

elegant whites, ivory and shades of gray, for formal statements.
