Description Originally built in 1993, complete replacement of the playground equipment, ADA requirements, surface material, and border sections at Scenic Heights. As part of the Parks Master Plan, this park was noted that consideration should be given for a larger investment/upgrade in the play equipment, trails, parking, and other amenities as this is the only playground in the neighborhood and it functions more as a community park. Total Project Cost: $110,000

Justification 25 year replacement cycle evaluated for parts availability and safety guidelines.
