Fitness Class Introductions • Healthy Joints - Get ready for a variety of exercises that will focus on muscle strengthening, coordination, balance, stabilityandmostof all FUN! Seatedandstandingexerciseoptionswill beprovided.Complimentary classes are scheduled for Friday, October 23 rd and 30 th at 10:00 a.m. • Outdoor BodyFitCircuit -This class is designed to get you in shape and healthy.The circuit workout works your entire body with cardio, lower and upper body exercises and core exercises. Try our complimentary classes on Fridays, October 23 rd and 30 th at 9:00 a.m. Classes will be held at the Fitness outsideWorkoutArea behindTennis Court #1. • Barrelates - Now available on Mondays! A unique adaption of Pilates apparatus exercises applied to the barre and mat Pilates for increased challenge to core stability and balance.Complimentary classes are available every Monday in October at 9:00 a.m. • Aqua Spin - Now available on Fridays! Come jump on a bike and work out your whole body in the water. There is no stress on your joints, your core is engaged so it is a total body work out. Complimentary classes are available on Fridays, October 23 rd and 30 th at 9:30 a.m. • Restorative Stretch - Now available on Sundays! The class focuses on releasing tension and lengthening muscles. You will build strength, improve flexibility and increase mind body awareness. Complimetary classes available every Sunday in October at 9:30 a.m. • Tennis Fit - A dynamic 30 minute warm up routine with a Tennis Pro to prepare you before all tennis practices, matches and tournaments. (Begin on Tuesday, October 20 th .) Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 8:00 a.m. Clinics are located behind Court #1 at the Fitness OutsideWorkout Area.
