Advanced Management Program Designed for high potential Mall Managers, Simon’s Advanced Management Program (AMP) is a customized learning experience that broadens the strategic perspective and leadership skills of the company’s future executive leaders in Property Management. This dynamic cohort program focuses on helping leaders maximize their potential, while driving the company’s commitment to excellence. Mall Manager Development Program In an effort to find our future Mall Managers, each year our company goes to top college campuses to recruit graduates into our Mall Manager Development Program. Participants in this fast-track program learn about our industry, the essential knowledge and skills needed to be an effective Mall Manager and other key leadership competencies. Upon successful completion of this program, qualified participants are placed into open Mall Manager positions. Development Program for Directors of Marketing & Business Development The Director of Marketing & Business Development is a critical role in each of our malls. Every year we recruit top talent from colleges to go through this fast-track development program. Participants are equipped with the specific knowledge and skills required for this role and are eventually placed into open Director of Marketing & Business Development positions at our malls.
