RESULTS OF EXAMINATIONS. Preliminary Examination.

At the Preliminary Examination for intending Apprentices to Solicitors, held on 9th and 10th insts., the following passed the Examination, and their names are arranged in order of merit : — 1. John H. Bergin. 1. Gerald C. Redmond. 3. Carter S. Draper. Leopold J. Jameson, James Tanham, and! William J. Warren have passed the modified '• Preliminary Examination for which they had liberty to present themselves. The remaining candidate is postponed. Final Examination. At the Final Examination for Apprentices seeking admission as Solicitors, held on 4th, 5th, and 6th insts., the following passed the Exami- ; nation, and their names are arranged in order of merit : — 1. Joseph Kearney, B.A., N.U.I. %. John Dorman. 3. John J. O'Donnell, B.A., N.U.I. 4. James J. F. Lawlor. 5. William T. White. 6. Edward J. Ryan. 7. Thomas R, T. Callan, B.A., T.C.D. ] 9. Joseph J.
