THE INCORPORATED LAW SOCIETY OF IRELAND—EXAMINATION RESULTS. At the preliminary examination for candidates applying to become apprentices to solicitors, held upon the 8th and 9th inst., the following passed the examination, and their names are arranged in order of merit :—James R. Lindsay, Edward A. Cleary, Richard S. H. Twigg, John F. O'Riordan, John Hollinger, Robert Baillie, jun.; Andrew J. O'Flynn, Francis ]i. Ringland, Patrick F. O'Reilly, John J. Hamian, William II. Smith, Herbert MacNeice. John G. Magrath, Thomas A. Murphy, Patrick G. O'Donnell, and Timothy J. Regan passed the modified preliminary examination, for which they had liberty to present themselves. The remaining candidate has been postponed. At the final examination for apprentices seeking admission as solicitors, held upon the 5th, 6th, and 7th inst., the following passed the examina tion, and their names are arranged in order of merit :—Christopher E. Callan, Daniel P. O'Connor, B.A., N.U.I.; William D. Coyne, B.A., N.U.I.; William Devoy, Arthur J. Beatty, B.A., T.C.D.; Thomas J. Graham, William J. Con- cannon, John D. Mclldowie, John M. Ford, Thomas Murphy, Stephen H. Lynch, Edmund W. Mooney, Thomas H. Wallace, Samuel E. Williams, Thomas O. Davis, Lancelot I. N. Lloyd-Blood, Donald L. Ross, Robert W. McGoni- gal, Timothy C. Crinipn.
